In the center of Sant Celoni, the minimum width for a plot is 5 m if you want to put up a new building. Which means that a big part of the center of town can't be renewed because most of the plots there don't reach the 5 m limit. Same here in this case, so we rehabilitated what was found on the site, creating a new dwelling with all the latest comforts combined with a subtil flavor of the past.
