From the street, the house is accessed through the first floor, which presents a geometric 'T' shape. In the vertical part of the 'T' is the main volume of the building with the habitable rooms. The main access leads directly to two stairs, one inside and one outside, to go down on the ground floor. On this floor we find the dining room-living room-kitchen, a study, a bathroom, and a bedroom. All these rooms have views towards the generous plot. The vertical part of the 'T' is formed by a gabled roof that covers part of the central body and creates two porches at both ends.
