We rehabilitate a building with only one façade, located on the Plaça dels Estudis, in the old town of Sant Celoni, a neighbourhood with a high level of protection due to its historical importance for the village. The building is attached to the dividing walls of the buildings located on the lateral sides and at the end of the plot. The main (first) floor has been emptied and is now conceived as a diaphanous space dedicated to daytime activities and will be crowned by a gazebo that allows inhabitants to get out of the building's volume and to have side views up to the Montseny massif.
