A free-standing building, consisting of a ground floor and a first floor, and a sloping roofs. The structure of the ground floor is formed by reinforced concrete pillars and a unidirectional concrete slab. The upper floor is formed by steel pillars with a wooden beam structure with sandwich plates for the roofs. The facades that cover the house are done with brick work and the roofs are covered with ceramic tiles. In short, an almost traditional house, but not quite.
