The house located at the top of the plot is distributed in three levels: Basement floor, ground floor and first floor. The general floor is in the form of an L. This morphology generates a central outer space, where the swimming pool and reservoir of both the swimming pool and the stormwater are located, and from which all the pieces are distributed. As general premises, the house is basically closed off at the south-east and south-west sides with facades with few openings. And the house opens at the northeast and northwest with large windows with views towards the central outer space.
